What is a Photo Pendant? The Photo Pendant is a solid gold disc with your photo image laser-engraved directly onto the charm. Photos on pendants can be in natural color or black and white.
Is the actual photo placed on the pendant? The actual photo is not placed on the pendant. Images are laser-engraved and original photographs will not be altered.
Are the Pendants waterproof? The pendants are protected by a hardened mineral crystal that makes the charm completely waterproof. They can sustain in the shower, in the swimming pool, the ocean, etc.
Are the Pendants heat-resistance? Yes; however, direct contact with fire may cause damage that is impossible to repair.
Is the pendant scratch-resistant? If not, can it be polished? Since the Pendant is 14K gold, it is normal for it to develop minor scratches with regular wear and tear. However, it can be polished once under guarantee.
What does the guarantee cover? The 1-year guarantee covers defects and or damages on the Pendant with the exception of normal wear and tear, in which case, the item should be presented to us for repair or replacement.
What kind of pictures can be used for the Photo Pendants? Any color or black and white photograph can be used. However, we cannot enhance or restore photographs that are worn, blurry, torn, etc.
Will I receive my photograph back? Your photograph will be returned to you along with your shipment.
Does the size of the original photo matter? The size of the photo is not important. Size addition or reduction can be done at no extra charge.
If I submit a group picture and want to have only a certain portion of it on the pendant, can it be cropped? If so, what is the charge? Pictures can be cropped at no extra charge.
Can two pictures be combined on one pendant? If so, what is the charge? For separate pictures to be combined, please contact us.
Can we submit logos or tattoos to be placed on the pendant? Yes, as long as you provide us with a photograph.
Will the colors on the pendant de identical to the ones in the original photograph? Since the picture is being laser-engraved on gold, there might be some variations.
Are pendants available in white gold and silver? Pendants are available in white gold at a $20 dollar extra charge. For silver pendants please contact us.

Se me regresara mi fotografía? Su fotografía se le regresará junto con el paquete de su orden.
Importa el tamaño de la fotografía? El tamaño de la fotografía no importa. Las fotos se alargan o achican sin costo adicional.
Si someto una fotografía y solo quiero que aparezca una parte se puede hacer? Se puede incluir solo parte de la fotografía sin costo extra.
Si someto varias fotografías para que aparezcan en una sola imagen, se pueden juntar? Varias imágenes se pueden juntar por un cargo extra de $20 por cada fotografía adicional.
Podemos someter emblemas o tatuajes para hacer un pendiente?. Si se puede, siempre y cuando usted nos mande una fotografía con el diseño deseado.
Seran identicos los colores de la imagen en el pendiente a los colores de la fotografía original? Como la imagen está siendo grabada con laser habrá algunas variaciones.
